Health and wellness have been a very important part of her life for as long as she can remember. Over the years, she has made the steady shift towards a more natural and holistic lifestyle.

As a Pharmacist and Integrative Health Practitioner, her focus is on looking at the whole picture to see what ‘cracks’ may be in our health foundation and then taking a comprehensive holistic approach, helping others movee toward true health.
