We are getting older
The real reason we have no energy:
Check-in time! Do you:
Need coffee constantly
Too tired to play with kids
Can’t wake up in the AM/ wake up tired
Struggle to make it through the day without some kind of help.
When you get to a point of fatigue, burn out, exhaustion, pushing through it with coffee, and continuing to do what you are doing is only digging a deeper hole.
