Dry brushing is a simple, easy daily practice that yields pretty significant results when it comes to supporting detox (daily and deeper detox),
Not only does it help to stimulate your lymphatic system, it also exfoliates your skin, increase your circulation, reduce cellulite, and improve your digestion & kidney function. Below you will find a helpful video and I’ve also included written instructions on how to dry brush as well!

Dry brushing can be done at any time, but the ideal time is before a shower.
Always dry brush on dry skin, and with light pressure. This will help with the detox process and adding Zendocrine oil blend to your dry brush will help even more.
This is a very effective tool to keep your lymphatic fluid flowing. The key is to make sure your fluid can be moved back into your circulatory system.
Always pull your brush up toward your sternum where your lymph connects to your bloodstream.
Small strokes are your friend!
You can find inexpensive dry skin brushes on Amazon or your local health food store.
Avoid brushing your face, your genitals, or any areas with irritations or abrasions. The pressure you apply while brushing your skin should be light but firm.
Some brushes are harder than others, if your skin gets irritated you can change to manual lymph draining with your hands.
Your skin should be pink after a session not red or irritated.
Brush anywhere between two and 20 minutes.
